My wife and I couldn’t thank Dallas enough!!! We had some vibrations and improper wear on our tires. Dallas told us to drop it off and he would look at it. Within no time, he called us back and gave us his honest and professional opinion. While he could’ve charged us for his time and diagnosis, he told us to save the money and what needed to happen in order to fix our Audi Q7. We could not be more thankful to know such honest and willing people still exist. When we went to pick our car up, he even took the time to walk around our vehicle with us. My wife's vehicle was promptly taken care of by the guys there at the shop being that she was going on a road trip with the kids and was having tire issues. Thank yall so much for making sure our vehicle was in tip top shape! Have had great experience with them for over 15 years!

Dallas is the best I bring my wife’s BMW there all time. They always know just what to do and at a great price.

Would not give a ballpark when we called to ask how much to replace a rear end. I understand things can change, I just wanted a ballpark figure. Also communication was terrible. You pay premium price and get your BMW back with globs of grease all over the tires. Rear end was completed but called and said it’s making a noise when you accelerate sometimes, if you pay an additional $800 added to the $3000 we can make The noise stop. It wasn’t making a noise to begin with. Unsatisfactory in my opinion. Should’ve gone somewhere else To add to your response we did have a quote from another place for $1500 w/o warranty. So we decided to pay $3500 with warranty. And of course it had to be pushed in, the rear end went out. Your shop was right by the rear drive shaft they couldn’t see the lines ha
