Was told a recall was going to take 2.5 hours to assess on the phone and if it needed to be worked on longer I would get a rental. When I arrived was told it would take 2 days to assess and I couldn't get a rental until the 3rd day of them having the vehicle. Crazy considering the recall was not my fault and out of my control. Didn't have a ride and they couldn't accommodate me in any way

The sales people need to know how to take the word “NO” for an answer. Stop pressuring people into getting extra warranty’s that they don’t want. They try to make it seem like they are helping you out when in reality they just want the commission. Don’t let them peer pressure you. You go in there and get what YOU KNOW what you want. Remember people NO MEANS NO.

Had an appointment to see the one salesman. When we got there he has 3 people waiting for him. They gave us to another salesman who appeared not interested in selling us a car. In my opinion it was very unprofessional of them to do that. They explain that they would give me over 2000 more than the KBB that never happened. It was a total bad experience. I would never go up there for a car or truck. Stay away…….it was the Toyota Department
