I had a very frustrating experience with this body shop that I feel compelled to share. My vehicle was originally scheduled for repairs on July 2nd, but I was contacted and told the parts hadn’t arrived yet. I was told they would reach out when everything was ready — but no one ever did. I had to follow up myself and finally got a response on July 24th, at which point I was told they were ready. I dropped my vehicle off the next day and picked up a rental. Just two days later, on July 27th, I was called and told there had been a mistake — the parts weren’t in after all, and I needed to pick up my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was already out of town on vacation. I contacted GEICO, and they agreed to extend the rental through September 13th. After that, I was left in limbo, regularly calling f

My car is presently at the body shop. It was a hit and run when parked, damage to trunk and bumper. Insurance estimate came in $2000+. Dropped off the car 8/20. We were told they could not give us any idea how long it would be there. Called the body shop two weeks later, still no time frame, they were waiting for a part. We waited approximately 3 weeks to get the appointment to drop off. Why would they take the car knowing they didn’t have the parts. Last week the estimate doubled, that is not their fault, but apparently partially. When we called this week, they had not touched the car until 9|3 and now estimate the car will not be done until approximately 9/16? Maybe that’s why our insurance company no longer has the body shop in their list of repair shops? Very poor communicati

My experiences (yes, several!) has been that the Estimator (Bill) is absolutely top notch with a finely tuned eye, the work has always been, at worst fully satisfactory and, at best top notch, The one area where they are frustrating to deal with is communication..but the quality - and life-time warranty - make it worthwhile.

I had my wife's car towed here after an accident, Wheel was bent so I couldn't drive. Always had my truck serviced at Toyota so it seemed like a no brainier to have shop handle wife's car. I was wrong. Stopped by next day to give them all insurance info and was given estimators info. Left him a message the following day, no reply. Went there today. Explained to woman behind counter I need an estimate to get the ball rolling with insurance. She went to get the estimator. He refused to come out, said he (Joe)was busy. Woman then informed me I'd be lucky to have an estimate by the following Friday. She then followed up with, we won't be able to fix car for a month or month and half from now. I was kinda shocked. I realize they are busy but a week and a half just for an estimate?? I called in

Worst service repair shop imaginable. They have Hade my car for over a month now for a very minor deer hit in front and are ordering parts that I can see were not even needed or be repaired. Ive been told my car would be repaired over 5 times now and still don't have my car back yet,every time I call I'm told my car would be ready and the day comes and goes still no car or just a run around. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
