I inquired about a vehicle online and since then I’ve been receiving multiple phone calls every day (sometimes up to five). At this point it feels more like harassment than customer service. What’s most frustrating is that I responded to the email they sent, asking for more information, and no one ever replied. Instead of answering my questions, they continue calling repeatedly. To make matters worse, I even received a generic email about a completely different car, not the one I originally asked about. It seems like no one is actually taking the time to read inquiries or respond to customers properly. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The constant calls combined with the lack of an actual response to my email shows poor communication and poor customer service.

We had great experiences and huge help from the sales rep Jordan , he was knowledgeable and really helpful for getting a nice new car . Jordan get us good deal on the trade-in car and the best price on the new one .

I dont normally do this but I feel like it needs to be said... I called the dealership interested in a vechile.. made a appointment to come in.. couldn't that day but days later was able to arrange.. come to find out few hours before vechile is sold... is what it is Looked at a different vechile... called them to make a appointment for the next day.. I drive 45 minutes to them letting them know im on my way.. I get their to find out someones bought it... wasnt happy but sales guy convinced me to keep looking... Called me back about another vehicle.. couldn't that day and told them the next day I was coming in.. I left work earlier I called them to let them know im coming and come to find out... yet again... a vechile is being sold.. Whats the point of making appointments if they vechil

After shopping around several dealerships in multiple states, I returned to MotorWorld with my lowest price, and they not only matched it but beat it. Jeremy in Dodge Sales was very responsive to my calls and once at the dealership made the entire experience very easy and quick. I highly recommend Motor World and Jeremy for sales. I am not one to write reviews but couldn’t help myself in this scenario: I had service completed on my 2021 Ram 1500 a couple weeks ago. From the moment I picked up the truck it sounded louder. Something wasn’t quite right, then yesterday my exhaust let go completely and is being repaired elsewhere. The bill was around 4,000.00 for all work. I had transfer case fluid replaced, front and rear differential fluid replaced, all (16) spark plugs replaced, state inspection, oil change, etc. They told me there was a coolant leak. (I just had the radiator flushed and tested a week prior.) The leak was because the technician never tightened the fill cap on my radiator. So, yesterday I popped my hood. (See attached photo). The technician left ALL 16 old spark plugs And his socket under my hood.
