My husband and I had the best experience shopping for a car at MotorWorld Hyundai. Our sales consultant, John Bisceglie, was professional, personable, knowledgeable about the vehicle and patient. I am pleased with my vehicle and with my sales representative. Although David was new, he was courteous and attentive. David was not who I had an appointment with so that was disappointing and made me feel unimportant. However, I did not have an overall good buying experience. My wife had back surgery and I had to drive 40 minutes each way to make my purchase. I made it clear that I did not have a lot of time to spend at the dealership. I also made it clear that I was coming to purchase the vehicle, not just inquire about it. My appointment was at 2:00pm but unfortunately, I did not leave the dealership until approximately 6:00pm. 4 hours and not with the salesman that I had an appointment with was extremely frustrating. The technicians are sweethearts, they were informative, well manner, they let me know the founding and what needs to be done. Yes, is a bit pricey but think the service comes from the dealership of your car no a regular mechanic. There are many great mechanics but sadly they don't have the technology to their disposition as the dealership has. So is very nice to know my car is in top condition for me to enjoy years to come.

They had us at “Hello.” They were honest and transparent during our negotiations. We felt like individuals, not like a number. They treated us with the utmost respect. The sales representative, John Bisceglie, was very courteous and professional. Also, the finance manager, Albert Lansing (his last name may be misspelled), was very courteous and professional as well. Said transparency made us feel at ease while trying to get our dream truck. They don’t waste your time trying to get you in the wrong car. With a few questions John used our answers to find us the right car. From there, the process was very smooth. Big thumbs up!
