"Motorworld Toyota" Service

New Toyota service was grossly uncoordinated and disrespectful. Save yourself the stress by traveling to a different service center.

Had to take my car in 5 consecutive times for the exact same problem- of which were 4 devective tires they sold me with my vehicle. After realizing this and days of my time wasted- they only replaced 3/4 tires and the problem persists. On a separate occurence I needed a tire replaced- they ordered the tire, and It was confirmed to be ready to be installed. I made the first available appointment at 8am. When i got to the appointment, they told me I scheduled for a drop off and I asked if I could just wait until it was done. They wouldn't allow me to wait bc I scheduled for a drop off and because of that it would take all day. ALL DAY FOR ONE TIRE TO BE INSTALLED.

2019 Toyota Highlander - drove in for my 10AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Greeted by Cami who was super helpful, friendly and transparent about everything needed. It was by far the best maintenance call I’ve had ever. They did a multipoint inspection (captured on video), washed the car and was completed in under an hour. When it was ready I got a text and a video of the inspection and work! A+++ Props to the technician who documented everything. Thank you. Waiting area had wifi, coffee and snacks for free and paid vending machines for other things. I went to the used car lot, a ten minute walk away but they ended up shuttling me there which was a real pleasant surprise. This isn’t my closest Toyota service center but I’d be willing to do business here from now on.

Brought my Tacoma that was purchased new by me in NC here for a noise in the driver side door. The service department then told me i voided my warranty because of the window tint. When i asked why i was told because if a door panel is removed the warranty is voided. Do better and possibly look into hiring people for service that actually know anything more than what this service advisor did about cars.

I drive the extra 20-30 miles for motorworld service even though I live near Toyota of Scranton. Toyota of Scranton does nothing but make you feel like your brand new car is completely broken with their bogus fear based sales “recommendations”. I tested motorworld to see if I would receive the same experience and I have not. Each time I wait in anticipation to hear a string of things “wrong” with my car but at motorworld it has not happened. They tell me how my car is in great shape. They get me in and out and it’s just been such a better experience. I am very happy with my most recent service and I will keep coming back.
