We LOVE MotorWorld Toyota! My husband and I went in, told our sales representative, Jeremy Rozell, exactly what features we wanted and our price range, he delivered! He listened to us, gave us options and did not make us feel pressured at all! This is our third purchase from MotorWorld Toyota since 2014. Kudos to the entire team!

Before I share anything else, I have to say the technicians in the service department are phenomenal at their jobs. I highly recommend this dealership for maintenance. The three-star rating is for a different reason. I needed to get the transmission fluid changed on my RAV4 and emailed a few dealerships within 100 miles to see who had the best price. Motorworld Toyota had the best one by far, or so I thought. I received an email from the manager, Michael, saying a transmission service on my car would cost $249.95 plus tax. Other dealerships quoted me $350–$450, so I decided to make the appointment through them. A few days before my appointment, I received a voicemail from Michael explaining that because the vehicle has higher mileage, they would not be responsible if it starts slipping.

Had a great experience. Mike MacLeod was wonderful to work with. 5 stars! Mike showed me great hospitality and all the vehicles I came to look at without a problem. He worked with me on price and made sure all the details were taken care of for an easy purchase.

Extremely disappointing. My partner was essentially profiled almost immediately after entering the store. She asked about a vehicle she’s interested in, and the older man working told her “It’s too expensive” which is not something you should say to someone interested in a vehicle. Not only that, this same person was extremely dry, not friendly, and could hardly make eye contact when conversing. My partner also experienced this at the Scranton Toyota dealership, and i’m wondering if that’s just the kind of people the company hires. We’ll be going to a different dealership that can provide us friendly and respectable service.
