⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10 stars if I could!) From the moment we arrived at Mountain Luxe RV, we truly felt like part of the Grech family. We travel almost 500 miles, passing several other service options, just to have our RV cared for here—and it’s absolutely worth it. While they handled our warranty work, Gregg went above and beyond, taking care of additional tasks that weren’t even requested. Although we (sadly) didn’t purchase here, Gregg took a lot of time to teach us about our coach. Both Gregg and Brittany were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend them!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our Sprinter from Luxe Mountain RV. Greg was incredibly attentive, guiding us with genuine care through both the sale and post-sale walk-through. We're so glad we chose to buy with Luxe Mountain RV, it was absolutely the right decision. Brittany made the entire sales process smooth and stress-free. We intentionally waited a few weeks to write this review so we could truly test out both the camper and the after-sale support. So far, everything has been outstanding. What a great experience. We’ve heard some dealers will charge for the orientation for the RV and even charge a delivery fee, as we understand the delivery fee, picked up at the dealership, is built into the MSRP. None of that kind of nonsense with Mountain Luxe RV. Gregg spent several hours going over every aspect of the Strada Ion. We never felt rushed to finish it up. Gregg picked us up at the airport, and stopped so we could get a bite to eat. Brittany and Gregg went the extra mile and had the RV completely ready to go with extras they purchased and put in the unit. 100%, without a doubt we would buy from them again and will suggest others make their purchase through Mountain Luxe.
