Mountain Motorsports Conyers

I visited Mountain Motorsports of Conyers on Friday, 10/31, fully ready to buy a new Africa Twin. All I needed were some trade-in and purchase numbers before bringing my wife by later to check out the bike. Instead, the sales and/or finance manager acted completely uninterested in earning my business. They seemed bothered by basic questions and reluctant to even discuss numbers. If that’s how they treat a serious buyer standing right in front of them, I can only imagine how they handle customers after the sale. I went to Mountain Motorsports in Roswell the very next day and had the opposite experience. Professional, friendly, and eager to help. That’s where I bought my Brand New Africa Twin. The Conyers location made it easy to take my business elsewhere.

Picked up a brand new Suzuki King Quad 400 from here and the experience was great, very pleased. Donny was great help. He even helped me confirm the unit was in stock before I drove 2 hours to get it. Donny made the process quick and easy. Josh was great as well. Would definitely recommend and come back in the future.

Writing this as I’m sitting on the side of the road after a technician at Mountain Motorsports thought that he knew how torque specs feel by hand and now my bike spewed oil all over me and the bike and the road. If you can’t do a oil change correctly then you probably shouldn’t be in the service department Edit: they were unable to fix my problem because they don’t have the gasket in stock that they tried to reuse and also wouldn’t provide a loaner bike for the time that they wanted to keep my bike. Not my first bad experience with Mountain Motorsports of conyers in the last year but by far the worst. A technician should know to never reuse an oil filter gasket and especially should know better than to not tell anyone and send it out the door. Grimey business and technicians in my experie

Highly recommend, ask for Nick Oklesson. I usually hate the process of buying anything from any dealer. Nick honestly made the whole thing fast and easy without any of the typical bs. The whole experience was top tier. Great job over guys.
