There are not enough words for me to describe how happy I am with the results. Someone sides swiped me, and they have returned my car better than before. It looks like the day I took it out of the dealership. Then, I had a little hiccup that we thought had to do with the install they took their time, investigated and Gave me the right answers and pointed to me in the right direction. When you come here, you will be met with very nice professional people who will completely take care of all your problems. Door, quarter panel, rim and paint job as good as the original.

Mountain View Auto will always be my first choice for repairs for any of my vehicles. This is the 2nd time they have done repairs on my vehicles and both times they did just an outstanding job. So professional with every step of the process. Rich was in contact with me throughout the repair and was super helpful. When I called or stopped in the office, Judy and everyone else was super courteous and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family and anyone else who asked. They kept me updated and were completely transparent about the work being done. I really appreciated the detailed, itemized receipt, which made everything clear and easy to understand. They worked directly with my insurance company, which made the situation lees stressful. The quality of the repair was top-notch, and I was especially impressed that they used all genuine Honda parts for my Honda CR-V. My car looks and drives perfect. My insurance company gave me an option to not fix the car and keep it. My plan was to sell the vehicle. I asked Mountain View to clean up the vehicle and put on the moldings. They said "due to liability" they could not. In fact they broke the under-hood moldings when they took it out for inspection. The co-owner called me back and advised me to pick up the vehicle the same day or they would charge storage fee..They simply expect you to drop everything and do what they ask. I can understand why they could be upset because they did not get the business. However, I did not appreciate their rudeness and pressure. Think twice before taking your repair there.

Absolutely fantastic service! My vehicle was fixed very good and quick. I really appreciated that they kept me updated with SMS and phone calls throughout the process. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and professional. Highly recommend!
