They honored the price, which was the best of all the companies that I contacted, and they delivered on the timeframe expectations that were set on the call. The waiting room environment was very clean and comfortable. An amazing family-owned local business! Jesse and Debra were absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a small rock chip on my Honda CR-V windshield. Called the office and spoke with Debra. She was easily able to get a next-day appointment scheduled to have it repaired. Jesse did an amazing job with fixing/filling the chip. Truly great work. Too, he was super kind and wonderful to chat with before and after the repair. Gave me some excellent advice on glass care as well. Affordable, genuine, and kind. You truly can’t ask for much more. Mountainside Glass was excellent to work with! They were very professional, timely, and worked directly with my insurance company. Both Jesse and Caleb were a pleasure to work with and they did a great job with the windshield replacement and the recalibration, which the manufacturer does not make easy.
