Mr Froggy's Express Car Wash

Went to get both cars cleaned for $15, and normally for $15 you get a good cleaning, vacuums that work and have good suction, as well as a decent tire polish. However, after several years going to this location, it appears the location is going down hill a bit. Both washes were subpar, with both vehicles barely getting any tire shine applied, and our van didn't receive the typical brushing on the back. The real head scratcher was the vacuums, suction was non-existent on two of the bays, all the bays were taken due to it being a 65°, sunny day, so it was busy. Workers were told the suction was horrible but nothing was done about it later in the day when I took our other car to be washed and vacuumed. I pulled in to the self wash bay. While spraying the winter grime off my car I stepped in to a large pile of mud. I then noticed it was everywhere. I’m not one to complain. Working in retail before, I know there are numerous people who get loud and rude to obtain what they want. A worker named Dave approached and offered the other bay while he cleaned up the one I was using! Kudos to you, great customer service! Another worker named Julie greeted me with a large smile and provided valuable information. Keep doing what you do and have a Happy Holiday! Thank you

I have a dually and have a hard time finding automatic car washes it will fit. I called ahead and was told "a semi can fit in all our bays" . I get here and the sign said "NO DUAL WHEELED VEHICLES"

The brushless carwash is amazing for those who don't want to get swirls on their paint and the blowers are very powerful compared to the ones I been to. Will be stopping more often

Went through the self wash. Use my debit card. I use four dollars and seventy five cents. They charge me Ten dollars, to debit card. How the hell is this legal. I used to go to froggies all the time will not be going back because of this.
