Extremely distified, the attendant literally insulted my face after I paid for my services before I left and 30 minutes after arriving home I noticed all of the tires look flat. I went in with one flat tire and desided to purchase 4 "brand new" tires. I wasnt given options only told they had one in stock and I was given summer sport tires when the season is transitioning to fall. I had all season tires on my car prior that were ok but because it is a subaru it is recommended to have all of them replaced at the same time. My car was not given an alignment once the new tires were put on and they didnt even last one afternoon.

Quotes for needing a front “low and high beam. High beam works fine. Tie rod has play quotes 1.7k for a new rack and pinion. Quoted needing an alignment, car drives straight with no wobble because I got an alignment the week prior from them.

Scheduled an oil change and tail light replacement; during this service several other issues were identified with my 11-year-old vehicle. These were reported to us and we chose to have the most prioritized completed. Excellent, timely service with a plan to complete the other services needed for inspection in a few months. Very happy customers!

Needed 4 new winter tires, able to get in a few days. Mounted & balanced in just under an hour. Tech also identified another issue which I had done a few weeks later. Again, wait time was reasonable. Waiting area small and due to high tire inventory rubber odor was somewhat overwhelming.
