Interior definitely needs some service for the drive through Bay. Automatic wash, but it does do a good job. And they need to definitely update the vacuums to free as they are everywhere else, and this part of Harford, the vacuum should be free. Especially since. Money isn't as fluent as it is in other towns. But people do take care of their cars and wash their cars more often, hence spending more money at the car. Wash to not have the free vacuum service, which I pay for the full service. Monthly plan? And it just hurts that I can't vacuum my car after I wash it

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH, unless you want damage to your car that they won't fix. It happened to me. The car wash caused damage to the bottom of my car as I was pulling in and busted my fog light bulb and the manager Mark rudely told me that it didn't happen when I know that it did. He basically called me a liar to my face like I'm trying to get my car fixed for free. Very unprofessional. And of course they say there's nothing they can see on camera? What cameras are you all looking at because clearly there's damage. They use that excuse as a cop out. If you ever go to this car wash and it damages your car don't expect good customer service and definitely don't expect them to take responsibility when the responsibility is there's. It's not worth it!

Went one day for a drive through car wash price is somewhere between 5 to 6 dollars + tax. I did not know charging tax would bring the price to almost 9 dollars and some change I pulled out as soon as I had the chance and washed my car at another car wash with reasonable price. Be careful with who charges you!!!!

Honestly I never really leave bad reviews but they have let this place go to hell taking the money and running!! Everyday there's something wrong with something the place is dirty all the hoses are too short basically to go around if you have even a medium size car honestly very disappointing I own several cars and always go there I have to say I'm about done they're not willing to invest in anything so I'm not willing to invest in their services anymore, even the automatics they have there's bungee cords and all kinds of stuff holding stuff together and it's just not kept up, sorry but true.

Horrible service and the vacuums are always broken. The new system has been messed up for weeks over charging and new bar codes don't work at every location. I cancelled and signed back up and still no better. The gentleman who work there at WH location and SD location even Hartford are great but the system sucks thinking about cancelling again
