Mr. Spotless Car Wash

The drying part of the car wash needs to be adjusted to allow complete drying of cars. I continue to ask for attention of the back of my car's window area for the machine does not clean this area. It would be nice if attendants could manually wash this area.

I was struggling to get my card to work, but a wonderful gentleman helped me out, and he was an angel! They are very appreciative of their customers, and the wash is great. My car always comes out looking great!

Go anywhere else! I should have read other reviews. Doesn't clean? I used everything as it was supposed to be in the self-serve wash, and it left a nasty black film residue all over the car and turned the tires brown. The attended said, "I use this car wash all the time and don't have a problem." But as you can see from the photos (photos font do it justice) I'm currently having the problem. No refund has been issued because he wanted to give me credit, but it's safe to say I will not be coming back. I left my information and everything so they can review the cameras, but I doubt the quality of the cameras they have. I spent $15 on the wash trying to do my best to clean everything and it never improved. I hope they do the right thing by "serving the community." As it states in the descript

This is the best car wash we have ever been too. I drove 13 1/2 hours from Missouri in a nasty snow storm. The amount of ice and snow packed on this Jeep was something I’ve never seen before. We came to Mr. Spotless and a lady and young man worked so hard to get all the ice off. She even ran us through a second time at no costs to us and worked again to get it all off. They did a fantastic job and she was so kind, generous and very professional! I’ll add a picture of what it looked like before bringing it in, but prior to this is, the Jeep was unrecognizable! It’s all off a clean as a whistle! My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this car wash! They were fantastic! Thank you for all your dedication and hard work!!

I'm giving this one star because 1) there is no option for zero stars and 2) the vacuum hose worked. Otherwise, the only thing worse than the car wash itself was the customer service. I paid $15 for the best-level wash. Afterward, my car had a black film on it that smeared when I used the chamois cloth to finish drying it. I talked to a young woman working there who said she could not help me since I wiped the car before talking with her. I showed her that the cloth was black, and she said she had no way of knowing whether I had wiped the tires with it. I asked her if she could see that the car was still filthy, and she said she didn't know how dirty it might have been before I brought it in. She was determined not to make good on this bad service in any way. She did tell me that "
