Tire Discounters

Had my car towed in to Tire Discounters on Saturday evening and it was completely fixed on Monday. They contacted me right away and told me the issue and the costs. By 3:00 they had it fixed. This was the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop. They will definitely be doing all my future mechanic work. Great job!

My brother in law works there and he's the only one I want to work on my car, even though a bunch of other good guys work there. My wife and I live in Dayton, Ohio which is over an hour drive away. That should tell you how I trust this particular Tire Discounters business and my brother in law.

Contrary to the negative reviews. This location is AWESOME. Jason the tire guy was great. I needed a new tire on my back driver side. They took care of me. Thanks again Jason and the crew for a job well done. They deserve a raise and a promotion.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I had an issue trying to use the gas station air pumps and ended up deflating my tires to almost empty. I pulled up and they got me fixed within five minutes.

Wish I could do -5 star review for these con artists. This isn't a complaint about prices or appointment times this is a real review of negligence, poor service quality, and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Dropped off my fiancé's car for 4 new tires on Saturday morning at 5:50 am and got the call around noon stating it was "good to go" Well my fiancé and step daughter went to pick the car up and upon arriving home we noticed that the windshield was now cracked. Immediately called and requested this to be handled by the responsible party and was given the "we can't check our cameras until Tuesday" run around. I get it's a holiday weekend but as a manager if you can't review your cameras on the spot with me that's a red flag. I also don't know that it would be on camera, wh
