Went in to the situation of a buying a car completely clueless on the steps I needed to take. Brook did an outstanding job of leading me in the direction I needed to go, wasn’t pushy & answered any questions I had, very fluently & professionally. Brook was amazing! This was my daughter's first car and she is so happy. We visited other dealers and the high pressure sales people waster our time, but not Brook. She was efficient, got us answers to our questions and made the purchase process easy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I spoke with (Buzz the GM) about an SUV and asked. Drove 45 min to get there to see a vehicle. I asked Buzz to call me if for any reason the vehicle was not going to be there. I got there and an employee had taken the car home for the day. No call from Buzz, come to find out from the other sales guy that as soon as Buzz hung up he went to get the SUV and was told an employee took it home. No call to me to let me know. Buzz left without a peep.

I bought three cars off these guys and everyone of them has been great. Literally I started off. I bought a Nissan Ultima had it for a couple years and then my wife wanted a nicer one then we ended up getting a nicer Nissan Altima. And then we ended up getting a Maxima after that three cars and everyone of them has been great like literally no problems with them the whole time we had them.
