CROOKS!!! I came here initially for front brakes and had a great experience. Vishesh was kind, professional, and got me in and out quickly. Because of that positive experience, I trusted this shop and returned after my daughter was in an accident that crushed my muffler. Unfortunately, this second visit was the complete opposite. The mechanic I dealt with was rude and dismissive. He kept my car for three days without calling to inform me it would be held that long—I had to repeatedly contact the shop just to find out what was going on. When I finally picked up my car after paying $1,400, the exhaust was still extremely loud and sounded unfixed. Our car was dropped off the night before our scheduled oil change which was to be completed by 11:30am. Since we did not hear from them by 2:00, we went there expecting the car to be ready. It wasn’t. When I asked why our car wasn’t ready, the man or the desk said he did not know what they were supposed to do with the car. We told him that we had called their number and scheduled an oil change and he responded that he didn’t know that because he didn’t know how to use the answering service the shop uses for customers to schedule a service! We then asked why he didn’t call us to ask why the car was sitting there and he didn’t have an answer. I was in need of some new tires especially because it was raining and I had a long way to go so I decided to stop at Mr. Tire I paid $396 for two tires. I think that was expensive but I really had no choice. The guy never showed me the tires I was buying and I never asked to see them. He put the tires on and I hoped in my car and drove off. The tires were great in the rain and I never looked to see what I had bought until I got home. When I looked I was disappointed because he had put truck tires on the front of my car. When I was driving home I did notice the ride was different and I just choked it up as the rain was the cause. I would have never thought that he would have put truck tires on my car. Was driving from New York to Atlantic City for work, was in a rush and stopped by to quickly check a tire. It would have probably taken them 5 minutes. They said they don’t work fast and I had wait for couple hours even though there was no other customers/cars at the store.
