Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I really didn't appreciate the non communication from the staff. One of the guys that were checking in customers had a poor excuse that he was waiting for one of the techs to finish changing tires for another customer to be able to delegate the task of doing my oil change. I made an appointment at 6am on the 25th for 12:30pm. Upon arrival, I was easily checked in and I was not given any time frame of how long the process would be or how long it would take before my vehicle was taken back. After about an hour, I went back up to the front and asked why it was taking so long for my truck to be serviced? The trainee said "oh man he dropped the ball on that." I called ahead and made an appointment. I waited to receive a quote and finally called an hour after my appointment time. I was informed that they had not looked at the brakes and would call with a quote and that pickup time. An hour and a half later, I received the quote. Then they took about her hour and a half to complete the work. By that point I had to wait until the next day to pick up. When I arrived I was greeted by a nice manager who had great customer service. When I drove away I noticed my car making a sound. I immediately took it back and put it in the lift. They located the problem and mentioned that the person who fixed it should have noticed it as well. It took another 2 hours to get the part and get it fixed. From the time I called to ask if I could have 4 tires mounted, installed, balanced and an alignment to getting it done was great. I was greated nicely, everything explained and experienced a manager, Mr..Randall Myres handle all types of customers that day. It was Sunday, Oct. 26.2025. All I can say is he has patience with people. He handled every situation with respect, kindness and professionalism. Being a Sunday it was him and one mechanic. I was totally impressed and will return in the future. Thank you Randall! He and that mechanic need a BONUS for what they did that day!

Prices are great. Service is great. But I have a 100% track record with them messing up the wheel and tire balancing. Basically, they suck at getting it right. I get the new tires installed because they are the cheapest aroubd, then go right to Chesledine to get them properly ballanced.

What happened to Mr. Tire in California, Maryland? The business looks like a dump. The grass has not been cut in months. The store was disgusting. It looks like no one has cleaned the bathroom in months. The walls need to be painted. There are too many other tire centers to choose in the area. Clean up your act, Mr. Tire!
