Amazing experience. Quick, friendly, honest, professional all around. Helped me with a new inspection, changed my filters and helped put on my new plates. Plus a great deal to come back and get new tires and an alignment. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Supplied my own tires, had an appointment on the calendar, took them an hour 45 to bring my car in the bay, nearly 3 hours total to get them on the car. Every time I peeked around the corner no one was ever near my car. But kept getting told only a few more minutes now. At cash out was told they “called in a lot of jobs today” but myself and another customer were the only ones in the waiting room. Labor was reasonable but the wait was excessive

I supplied the new tires and had an appointment, but I feel the job took too long. It was two and a half hours to mount, balance and install 4 tires. Staff is friendly and because of that and the reasonable price I keep returning.

Austin was fantastic! We had car trouble the night before during a heavy snow storm more than 4 hours from home. The car barely limped to a hotel for the night. We pulled in to Mr. Tire the next day, on a Saturday at Noon, after the storm. He had us back on the road in an hour to make our 4 hour ride back to Philadelphia. The diagnostic service was over priced. But we'll worth it in our situation. Great service!

Went to advance auto parts across the street to have them test my battery they said battery good and I needed new alternator. Went to Mr. Tires and Austin and Doug were great. They tested battery...it was bad and alternator was good. They were so nice and helpful.
