Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

If you wanna go here to get your car fixed… just dont. they claimed they couldnt fix my boyfriends car, then one of the managers nicely offered to fix it at his own personal shop. nice right? just wait for it. this man promised us more than probably 3 times that the car was done. we had been waiting since NOVEMBER. now i will acknowledge that he and my bf got sick around the same time (at one point) and the snow messed stuff up. However, there is no excuse for a continual ghosting when it came to dropping off the car(after all of that craziness) he gave my boyfriend the run around SO MANY times. he FINALLY many months later and so much money later he has his car. yay right? nah hold on one more time…alternator still needs to be fixed😐🫠 i swear ive never personally had ANY good experiences

I went to Goodyear tire in Delmar, Delaware. Customer service was great at first But I had to bring my truck back up there to get the tires rebalance because cause they were not done right the first time. The second time when they balanced my tires, they broke a stud off, then proceeded to tell me their tire balance machine broke. Had I not called up there? After two days, I would never known what was going on with my truck. Lack of communication… and left with wondering, how do you break off a person’s wheel stud!!

The service was good, I had to go back because one of the weights fell off. When I went back the manager, was very condescending to me. He spoke down to me, I guess because I am a female. He acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and told me that my truck needed an alignment. The service.guy's were great.

I made the appointment. First, I couldn’t find my Make and model of my car, which is a Ford Eco sport in the system. Then I had a coupon for the high mileage synthetic oil change. They couldn’t do that either. So obviously, I didn’t get what I went there to get

We came to Mr. Tires in Delmar because it has 4 star review but we came to realize that it was not true. We got 4 new tires, got brakes changed, and was told by Lisa that we needed 2 new calipers. We were so happy because once we got everything changed, the truck droved smooth and nice. But that same week April 13, 2023, the truck started to make noise so we stopped on the road. And noticed that the caliper was grinding the wheel rim. And a bolt was missing. Got that fixed. But now it’s the left wheel that has the loose bolt. April 20, 2023. It’s not missing like the first time it happened. And the same issue happened with the left wheel.. the caliper is on top of the wheel rim.. which caused the grinding noise. No good. Terrible service. Lisa said that they provide excellent service.
