Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Do not come here if you value your life or vehicle. Went in for a simple wheel change for my winter tires. I was charged $155 for a service that is typically less that $50 anywhere else and they used the wrong lugnuts, causing my wheel to fly off while driving. This shop is a danger to public safety. Update: Not sure why Mr Tire responded by asking me to call them. We already discussed this, so you can call me directly since you’ve got my number.

Mr. Tire in Dublin OH was an absolute lifesaver. I'm in town for hockey tournament with my son and my alignment was off and I realized I needed two new tires. I drove to at least four other shops and called 13 more and my tire size was not available until Monday at every one I called. Mr tire in Dublin Ohio just so happened to be a little under a mile from our hotel and We stopped in at about 5:00 in the afternoon on Friday. They had the tires available Saturday morning 10:00 a.m. put them on the car, did an alignment and I was out the door by 11:30. Going back for the oil change after game 3. Couldn't be happier with the service and staff. Great job guys!

Had a flat tire and called the service center to see if they had time to take look and repair or replace. Turned out to be a construction screw, and they got me back out in ~30 minutes for a very reasonable charge. I've used Mr. Tire before, for a curb-damaged tire, and will be returning to them in ~6-9 months when I need to replace them all. They're friendly, competent, and fair.

I went to Firestone first to get a quote to replace both front brakes. I knew they would be expensive, so I went to Mr. Tire to compare prices. At first Mr. Tire gave me much higher price than what Firestone quoted me, but the guy was able to match and gave me lower cost. So thank you for good customer service.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They damaged my car. I brought in my 2021 Lexus IS to have the two rear tires swapped. They lifted the car using the wrong jack points, which damaged the entire frame. The side skirts were bent, which also affected the door hinges and caused scraping on the bottom of the doors—on all four corners. They also broke two TPMS sensors. I was sitting in the office when I noticed the manager rushing back while making a phone call asking for “two TPMS sensors for a 2021 Lexus.” I stayed calm and said, “It’s okay, mistakes happen—just please make sure you replace them with OEM sensors, and we’ll be fine.” But then I went to check on the car… and saw the frame damage.
