Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Hard to give a good review when you make an appt for an inspection and you get there and they tell you the inspector isn't there and they have no idea when he would be in. They said I could wait, but they had no estimate of how long it would be. That was not an appealing option. And Mr Tire, please do not respond with your cookie cutter response that you will use this opportunity to do better. Just DO better.

I went here for an inspection and the gentleman that did the inspection took about 1 minute to look it over and then told me no without truly explaining why and was beyond rude to me… took my vehicle somewhere else same day they were polite and passed my car with zero issues. Poor customer service

Of course a tire issue when you’re on the way to an important appointment is always an emergency. But the mechanics at Mr. Tire attended to my tire issue so quickly I actually made it to the appointment with two minutes to spare. I was so grateful I delivered cookies to show my appreciation. So thank you Mr. Tire staff. A good experience.

Mr. Tire (Can someone please help them) I had a recent emergency need to replace my damaged front driver’s side tire on my 2023 Honda CR-V. It was was late in the day and a weekend when I noticed gash in the tire sidewall, so, I went the local Goodyear service center buy they did not have the correct tire in stock and I would have to wait until Monday. It was paramount that I get the tire replaced today, if possible! With that said, I called Mr. Tire to ask if they had the correct tire in stock (they actually did not) and could they perform the replacement that day. I made it to the shop right before they closed for the day, and I am grateful to them for the gesture to service my vehicle at the last minute and at the end of day. I will never do business here again. Bought all four tires, by the time I got home, one was flat. I put air and parked the car, when I drove it again, it was flat again. Came back to Mr. Tire and they want me to pay for a new tire because it has a nail in the sidewall. Horrible business practice. Feels like a scam!
