I had a nail in my tire. Scheduled an appointment on a Saturday and was in and out quickly. I had a conversation with Nick who is one of the managers who was all around a good person. Was very professional and easy to work with. Also helped discuss things I want done in the future with my truck. I highly recommend!

My husband and my son had an amazing experience at Mr. Tire in Wakefield Commons, Raleigh! My husband drove in with a blown tire, and Nick (the Assistant Manager) along with two other employees went above and beyond to help. They kindly installed his spare tire right there on the spot — and didn’t ask for anything in return. Their kindness and professionalism truly impressed us. It’s rare to find people so willing to help without hesitation. We felt genuinely blessed to have found them and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend!

This place was a lifesaver. I git a flat and had my car towed there, they were about to close so they put my spare on for free and told me to come back in the morning for my new tire. I did just that they could have taken advantage of me but JD gave me options of prices and didn't try to push the highest tire. When I came back Mr. Lord honored the price JD had given me. I highly recommend this shop they are honest and entertaining 😄

Great place and they honestly never have a wait. Very kind people , gave me an inspection on one occasion and an oil change on the other and both experiences were great!! Only reason it was 4 stars was because it was a little pricy but I can't blame them<3

After a blow out on Sunday, I ordered one tire in morning. Even though I had to call to confirm, it was delivered when they said it would. I showed up and they replaced my tire within 30 minutes max. The guys even reinstalled the spare under the truck. Definitely recommend this location. They rock!
