Mr Wash Car Wash

Yesterday, January 21, something happened that didn't usually happen when I went to this place yesterday when I left washing my car, the spoiler of my car was not there and they gave it to me broken they told me that it was not their fault and they left without giving a solution they made it look as if it was my fault, on this day January 22 that I went back to wash my car Another person was complaining for the same thing that had happened to me yesterday. That made me think that the problem was in the washing machines, the same thing can't happen twice in such a short time. I ask you to please check the machines

This review is about a gentleman that works there. I wish I would have gotten his name. I’m going to go back until I see him again. I was having a bad day and his positivity just turned it around. His smile, his wave, his just positive attitude. Excellent customer service. He was awesome! You have a repeat customer.. just because of him!

I’ve visited many of these but this “Sheca” woman will be the reason i WILL NOT be back and will not recommend to anyone. She was very rude- poor customer service and talked as if she was on a high pedestal. There is a way you talk to people, and respectfully correct them when in the wrong and/mistake. Disgusting cold attitude, WON’T be back. Drove to the one 1 mile away instead. On another note- $30 for a one-time wash and $24.99 for a membership ? Jesus.

Eazy-Peezy for this gentle senior gal. It’s a drive thru - which I didn’t expect. The one on Glebe Road makes you get out & wipes it down after the wash. However, my car is garaged, so the drive thru is perfect for me. The employees were super friendly. I bought a yearly membership for my Bday. The best gift ever!

The worst car wash ever had. $30 for what? Not even vaccume inside. And wash residue left after the wash. Worst place ever.
