If I could give more stars, I would. MS Glass embraces every aspect of good customer service. Marlena (hope I spelled correctly) was friendly, informative, helpful and an all around pleasure to speak with. SAME DAY service! They came to my work, so I didn’t miss any time. Jason P. was so professional and polite. He worked efficiently and clearly communicated with me. Highly recommend for all glass related needs.

This is my second time using MS glass for a windshield replacement. First time was 5 or so years ago and then again recently. I’ve always been taken care of very well over the phone and in person. They were able to accommodate my last minute appointment and did great work. They didn’t try to sell the ASDS windshield calibration unless it was actually needed saving me $500 from other local (and large franchise) shops.

Amazing Service! Valarie especially was so amazing, helpful and kind as I was a puddle after my window was smashed out the previous night. She walked me through the whole process and confirmed the part number to make sure the tint would be an exact match to my VIN code. They were able to get someone out same day and he was able to arrive earlier than originally scheduled. From first call to them pulling out of my driveway was maybe 2 hours. The technician who came out I believe his name was David was so professional and kind he told me not to worry about a thing and totally put me at ease. All around amazing people work here. Plus they were able to get me in earlier than Safelite glass!

Awesome customer service, $268 for windshield replacement at my house. It wasn't perfect but neither is my car. They left a bunch of tools (razor blades, cutting tools) on my car. Let me know if you want them back!

Had my cracked windshield replaced by Metro Auto Glass and the experience was overall outstanding! Super easy text communication and upfront pricing with my insurance. Scheduling was easy and they came out to my home and were able to get everything replaced in less than an hour. The cherry on top was going back into my car and seeing that the entire front of the car had been cleaned, floors vacuumed, and everything wiped down like a mini detail. Super nice and not something I expected. Also a step above from when I'd used safelife in the past (for a back window.) All in all would definitely recommend Metro Auto Glass for any window replacements!
