Very quick in & out of unloading and loading your trailer. Remember to take the East entrance near the water tower in order to get to the Shipping & Receiving Office. There is an outhouse portable John for truck drivers....no indoor bathroom. The driver lounge is cleared and empty, not usable for truck drivers now. Do not come into the plant with your tractor on the South side entrance where the employees park. You will have to back out and could be dangerous because if annoyed employees. I saw a trucker last week with this problem. Poor guy.

Had an appointment window of 18:00-20:00 for pick up, it's almost 23:00 now and load not even close to being ready. Probably going to be here all night until morning.

Check in at 9 for 10 am appointment 7 PM still not loaded They told me to be patient and wait. Few years later, I am here again nothing change two hours after my official appointment time still waiting to be loaded ?
