Had an awesome experience getting my first vehicle purchased on my own. As you can imagine it was nerve wrecking, however my dealer, Philan Pettigrew, ensure my mind was at ease. He was available around the clock to answer my questions, and replied swiftly. He made me feel confident & comfortable with my purchase. I did not at any time have to have my guard up dealing with him. My car is awesome & I am very thankful!

Get past the name and consider buying a car from Mudder Trucker. Ryan, the general manager, was superb to work with. He was honest, forthright and gave us all the time we needed to inspect the car including a lengthy test drive. He even met us on a Sunday! The car had some cosmetic issues and he had it repaired twice as he felt the first time was not to his satisfaction. It came out perfect. I can’t stress enough what a pleasant experience we had buying this car which is so highly unusual. We came from quite a distance to look at the car so prior to that he sent us videos of the car and gave us a good idea of what we should expect. The car was as he said and now we have a dream car in our garage. Thank you Ryan for your honesty & and help.

BEWARE ALL BUYERS (especially those from out of town). I negotiated a sale and signed documents (executed by both parties) on-line. To illustrate Mudder Trucker's commitment to the sale, they Fed Ex'd me a full sales package for wet signatures, so clearly they agreed this sale was active. I completed and returned the signed docs to them within hours of receipt, got a cashiers check and arranged pick-up. Then I was informed (TWO DAYS AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT) that the car was sold out from under me. According to the GM (his words) "No sale is final until all the money is in-house." So I guess, unless you're driving to that dealership, they don't think a signed contract matters. BTW, legally, it does. Nowhere in the agreement does it say the contract is void without payment at time
