Muffler Man of Cooley Lake

We have taken our car here twice and they are very honest, and do great work. It is so hard to find good mechanics that you can trust. I’m glad we found this one!

I had a frustrating experience with these guys. They quoted me $300 for a simple bolt-on exhaust, which is just unbelievable. I found a much better deal at Painless Autoworks down the road for only $80. It was an easy installation—just bolted it on, no welding needed. I was shocked at the price difference and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Their pricing is simply excessive.

I have taken my vehicle to Muffler Man of Cooley Lake three to four times over the last year or so. Everything from suspension work to belt replacement. Their work ethic and pricing have always been excellent.

They have always been great guys to deal with. Honest and I'm always impressed with the quick turn around. I have been taking my Jeep as well as my classic Fiero there for years and they have kept them both going strong. Thanks Steve and the crew!

My father went with me to ask why they charged me almost $100 for a diagnosis when we already knew what had to be replaced. The man at the front desk said that I never said it was the condenser and basically called me a liar when the first thing I said when I walked in the door was “My a/c isn’t running cold, I tried to charge it myself and it all leaked right out. There’s a hole or leak in the condenser. Is that something that can be repaired? Or does it have to be replaced?” I vividly remember saying is that something that can be repaired or does it have to be replaced. And the man said that I never said that.
