I was trying to give this man business by trading my car in at a loss. He decided instead of pulling up the accident details on car fax that he was going to make ME call the police department in little rock Arkansas to get the accident report. They will not email or mail any documents, according to the person I spoke with. He expects me to drive out of state to get a report he can get on car fax. He says if I can't prove every detail of the accident with my own paperwork (that he can get himself, it's his job as a car dealer) that he his going to give me $1,000 less on my trade in. He is basically trying to steal $1,000 from me at this point, while he makes me do his job for him. I suggest no one do business with this "dealer."

Very patient and offered great advice to help me select the best vehicle for me. I appreciate their honesty and purchase from them again.
