Mullins Performance Car Wash

I've been coming to Mullins Performance Carwash for over 5 years now since I've been living in Oak Ridge, you could say i am a regular haha. The water pressure is awesome, the bays are always kept up and never really all that dirty The vacuums are strong, but do get clogged ever so often, as to be expected with such a high traffic location. I went from being just a loyal customer, to quite frankly treating the place as if it were my business aswell, I value this place dearly and it saves me from having to drive to Oliver springs and get my wheels all muddy from the people washing their off-road vehicles regularly there lol. I try to stop by every other night and pickup any trash that I see, and having worked several detailing/carwash businesses previously, I know how important it is to

Awesome car wash! The wax selection actually puts a nice shine on my vehicles every time I wash them here. I hand wash all my vehicles here and I've never had any issues.

Too forever to get the card reader to work. No idea how much I actually got charged cause I had to swipe multiple cards. Couldn't get it to work again after time ran out.Somee how the cost displayed dropped from $3 to $2 to $1 after swiping and pressing a single, ambiguous, button but couldn't get the sprayers to start. Tried calling the number listed on Google and nobody answered and there is no voicemail. A sign said to call the number on the office door but the number (written in sharpie) was too faded to read all the numbers. Long story short, don't give these people your money.

Charged me more. Couldn't swipe again. Shampoo brush leaking and pouring out of connector . Very little soap from brush. Truck still covered in suds. Can't even charge more by swiping

Are you feeling lucky? Every time is a roll of the dice. Sometimes it’s faulty equipment so now I check first. Today there was no soap coming out of the brush. If you can make out the number on the door no one will answer and you can’t leave a message. I’m down about $30 from this place. Sometimes I go when I’m desperate. After the 13 min ran out, this was all the soap dispensed.
