Murphy's Auto Center

This shop is a complete mess. They keep making excuses and taking forever to finish even simple repairs. Every time I ask for an update, there’s a new story. They talk big about their “bulletin services,” but there’s nothing professional about how they handle customers. I’ve wasted way too much time waiting — absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time or money.

I'm so glad my friend recommended Murphy's Auto Center! I recently wrecked my car. I couldn't believe that most places were too booked out to even give me an estimate, let alone do the repairs. Murphy's offered immediate walk-in appointments. They were able to schedule my repairs a week later! Their customer service and communication are excellent. They were thousands less than any other shop I had checked with, and they did a fabulous job in repairing my vehicle. It looks perfect! I will never go anywhere else!

Service was excellent and everyone were helpful and friendly.

My mechanic recommended them, and I always trust his advice. I had a great experience, and everyone was so nice. My car door handle came off, and I was afraid I'd have to replace the whole thing. But they were able to repaint the original handle and just order a new base, which saved me something like $30-$50. I'd definitely go back again.

The staff went above and beyond to get my car fixed up and returned to me quickly after other body shops told me they couldn’t get to it until the middle of next year. Vickie, who I mostly dealt with was super nice and kept me up to date with updates on my vehicle. I hope I never need another body shop but if I do I will definitely bring my car back to Murphy’s. I highly recommend them.
