Do not believe the 4 star rating as I unfortunately did and had high hopes. I truly love supporting local businesses but this was unfortunately a very bad experience. I initially went for a car inspection and was told it was rejected ( which I expected as my engine light was on). They told me to bring it back the next day at 9AM and that they could take a look at my car. I dropped my car off exactly at 9AM, they told me to leave my car and it could possibly take all day. I understand car repairs take a while so I expected that. I just picked up my car as they are closing at 6pm and they told they didn’t get a chance to look at my car AT ALL. I went here because the reviews were good and it was close to home to get my inspection sticker. Two cars before me were greeted and helped right away. I just waited assuming they go by twos. But then i was second and no one spoke to me or looked my way. Then i was first in line. same thing happened. Then the person before me got their car back and left. i was still waiting. No one came back outside so after waiting 20 minutes i went inside to find someone. No one came out to speak to me. I finally caught one person after waiting for 10 minutes coming out of the back room. I said Hi i’ve just been waiting an hour for an inspection sticker and no one has come out to speak to me. Limped in w the car after it started driving funny and would not go above 30mph. Murphys was able to work it into the service schedule, diagnose and repair. Appreciate it!

I had a 9 o’clock appointment, they took me right away. Did my oil change and fixed my sensors I was out by 10. They are very polite and efficient.☺️. I always get my stickers here

I have been taking our cars here for a couple of years and I appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and good customer service. Highly recommend!
