Murphy’s Customs

My husband dropped his truck off almost a year ago. With no updates about his truck and they refused to let him see it. The police had to come to Murphy auto repair so he could see his truck after a year of having it the whole motor was on the ground and Tony Murphy decided since the cops were called that he no longer wanted to work on the truck. So now all the parts and motor are in the back of the truck and we drove it here and I would not recommend anyone bringing their cars to Tony Murphys. He is not in my opinion a very good business man and needs to work on his customer service This is how he found the parts to his truck

They worked on my Lincoln mkz and did a great job. Kept me in the loop and getting ready to send them our ford truck - trust these guys!!! Recomended by my daughter Sia, and they take all their vehicles there with great service- for years

Took our trailer to Murphys late June for an axle replacement and other repairs. They gave us a 6-8 week lead time. Their communication was abysmal, they didn't reach out to us once. We had to call to get updates. The updates were always to claim they were waiting on parts. After 4 months had passed, we showed up unannounced to find zero work had been done on the trailer. We asked them to clear things out of the way so we could pick it up, and arrived later that day to find it blocked in. Finally, after 4 months, were able to get it home. They did zero work - just yanked our chain for months. Stay the hell away!

You are insane if you choose another business over this one. Kayla is great and responsive. Tony, the owner, is top notch. They are very trustworthy. The quality of work is superb. I am beyond thrilled and satisfied with the quality. I could write a book on how great they are. If you need your car repaired or any custom work, this is your ONE STOP SHOP!

This family owned business has always taken great care of our service needs. Tony and his crew ROCK!!
