John Kim is unprofessional and not responsive. He's always in a meeting so he does not take your phone calls and he never gets back with you. It takes him a whole day to NOT get you a quote and he emails back only 5 minutes before they close so you can't even ask any questions. He is also very sloppy with his work so the quote has multiple errors and he is unwilling to fix it. It's surprising that he is the head person of this office. I DO NOT recommend this agent to anyone.

Their knowledge of healthcare (e.g. Medicare) is deeply impressively; moreover; they were able to address my concerns and questions for my healthcare insurance needs. The staff there is also very friendly and professional. I strongly recommend this place for your healthcare insurance needs.
Friendly and helpful staff! They always go above and beyond, but be sure to schedule an appointment during busy times.
