Where do I begin. I had this shop do the repair on my car after a bad car accident. They took months to complete the job. Then when the job was complete I had still had a daytime running light not working after I paid $5700 to them. I asked them to order a new light and they claimed they ordered a new light after another several months they kept claiming the people they ordered it from hadn’t sent it. I asked for my money back specifically on the amount I paid for the headlight. They agreed and finally came clean that they could not find the light for the price that they had charged me. I think they just didn’t try and didn’t care. I highly encourage you to not do business with these people. They are liars and will take an unreasonable amount of time to work on your car. They are very nice people. I will update when I get my car back Update: Super nice people. They did a great job on my car and are always willing to help with any questions I have. I could not be happier. If you have any damage to your car and you need work done, this is the place to go. Paint job Update: So it has been a little over a year now and I'm starting to see how the paint is holding. I have a crack on the bottom of the hood that is starting to take over and there was a big clear coat chip. The imperfections in the paint are starting to show. Nevertheless very nice people, but work quality is not at the same level.

I was referred to Nansemond for an urgent repair and completely blown away by how friendly, prompt, and affordable they were. Josh and Crystal are wonderful people and I will definitely only come here from now on.

Update: Temps have warmed up and now the paint is bubbling... I highly recommend you do not have this shop do any work on your vehicle. All the pics posted are "after" photos. ------- I do not know how this place has such high reviews. The communication is terrible. You call and leave several messages but nobody calls you back. The time to completion on the work is bad, and the quality of work is sub-par. In my case, the work was incomplete. They re-used damaged parts on an insurance claim job. Additionally, incorrect replacement parts were used. When I was told they would reach out to the insurance company to get an adjustment for correct parts, it was apparent they did not because the incorrect parts were used. This was frustrating because I was told they would contact the insurance comp

The receptionist, Crystal, was very helpful, friendly, and informative. The owner, Barry, made sure I was satisfied with the work done. He stated if anything is wrong, to bring the car back and they will fix it. Which I did. The employee fix the problem while I waited. I highly recommend them for car problems. They make sure the job is done right the first time!
