Ordered part for Daughters car she was home over college break .Was told Part will be there on Friday night truck can pickup Saturday. Removed half of dash so I was ready to install part daughter leaves Sunday. Go to get part Saturday morning no part It did not get Ordered . Guy working was nice and said he could have it Tuesday. Unfortunately daughter leaves Sunday so i get to put dash back together not fixed.I said was this a new guy that ordered it he said no but I did not follow up with it. Im guessing this has happened more then once since he said that.

Tried setting up accounts there twice, with the new owners. Both times they say they have it done, never gets put into the system. Aside from that the people I've had the last 3 times I've tried to go here, have no idea what they are doing. They moved the old manager, which was a poor mistake. I walked in with a bearing, with a part number on it, the guy couldn't find it in the computer and literally walked us back to their shelves and said we can try to look for the bearing ourselves. We run 8 trucks down the road locally, along with farming and some other business's, I can't same I'm very impressed at all the last couple years I've tried, and tried to bring business here. Management seems more concerned about profits then keeping anyone around who has a clue what they are doing.

Great service always has everything i need. In addition, the painters that were painting the building were very friendly and looked professional. Id definitely return to this facility.

Very good looking girl had me out the door in five minutes with right part. That's good service.
