I called Napa yesterday and ordered a egr gasket from JR the manager and JR didn’t bother to ask for my name or number just told me it would be in tomorrow so I gave him my name to put on the part anyway and when I called them up the next day to find out that he didn’t even order my part so I will no longer shop with Napa after being a customer for almost 20 years! Worst manager ever!!!!

My car was disabled for two months. I finally took it to be repaired then picked it up. Car had old gas in it so I stopped by NAPA. The sales guy helped me get the best brand and it worked like a charm.
