NAPA Auto Parts

When I entered NAPA they gave me a friendly welcome. As I asked the clerk about my truck part they had no problem entering it in the computer to find the part, but my part was out of stock there so they located it at another NAPA close by in the Douglasville store. They wrote down the part number and location address to the Douglasville store location. I went to Douglasville store location and they was courteous there also. I gave them the part lookup number, they looked up the part on the computer and got it from the back. Yay 🙌 I was so very happy, because this was the 4th Auto store I've been to today other than NAPA for this part, including my original Chevrolet off Thornton Rd didn't have it. 👍👍2 thumbs up NAPA I'm so grateful yal had this part. First of all, I am a female. With that being said, this is The most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at an auto parts store!!! I wish I could have given napa on Veterans Memorial a negative rating. Please see the picture of what they sold me for NEW brakes!! The brakes were returned by my fiancé who had to get off work because I had already left the mechanic shop via Uber. Daniel, “the manager of napa” said it was a factory “mishap” very nonchalantly. This was like saying, “whatever”!! If you are looking to WASTE TIME, MONEY, and BE DEGRADED, napa is your place. They are so horrible, their name doesn’t deserve capitol letters!

I always get the parts I need for my truck at the Napa in Austell! The people that work at this Napa are always so helpful, and always make sure to get me the right parts, I need for any repairs!!! I also love my new tool box for my truck!!

I've been trading with Napa for over 45 years. I remember going there with my dad as a little child. I loved the WD-40 and grease smell. ( They were also a machine shop at that location back then). Always fast and friendly service. They also seem to have parts that others don't. If a part has to be ordered they usually get it the next day ( not in days or a week like most other places).

I own a Auto body shop close by, female employee that assisted me had no customer service skills. First and last time going in there.
