Really small parking lot, service is alright, their selection is mainly in back so you can't really see anything for yourself.
Always extremely helpful and go above expectations
Staff were fairly helpful. Asked some questions to see what I need but I feel like if I didn't drive the conversation nothing would have happened. Which is a little worrisome since I don't know much about cars. Overall not bad service, could just ask better questions to help make a product recommendation.
I visited Napa today to pick up a Bypass hose and I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a hello and I picked up my hose and the store clerk was very nice and quickly got what I needed and I left so I recommend visiting and seeing what they have to offer.
Easy to Find, Plenty of Parking. Good Assortment of Parts and Accessories. Good People and Excellent Service ! Paul Hamlin.
