Bought window switch on Amazon for $19 because they would not let me make sure that was the problem before purchasing. Thank you for saving me over $60.

Seem to always have what I need in stock, sometimes pricier but can always count on good service, knowledgeable service, and quality parts. Unlike most parts stores these days that hire folks who have absolutely no knowledge in parts and repairs and can only answer questions from the computer screen information.

I love Napa. They get a low review because they up charge their shelf prices. Might just be 2-7$ still scummy on staff and morning staff are high. No hate on Napa but the owners and management needs attending to

Knowledgeable employees. I tend to go here often for my car parts. They ask me what vehicle I have and the motor size and get me my part. Other places tend to rewrite more info than they need... For example, I was looking for a transmission filter. After going to one place that needed to know the make/model/engine size and if it was 3 or 4 speeds, how many bolts on the transmission pan, and something else I don't remember. Since I didn't have this info, I went to Napa. They only needed the make/model/engine size, and gave me the right part. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and Very friendly too!

Many times I have received accurate advice here. Tools of good quality. I keep spending money here by choice.
