the staff are friendly & helpful! they have always been thorough when asking questions to be sure I have the right parts. as a woman I dont always feel comfortable in auto parts stores but the staff here is so respectful. Needed a micro fuse for my truck and didn't see any on self's so I asked guy looked through drawers then out in the store and ened up finding what I needed

Back in July I ordered brakes and roters to be picked up. I didn't realize that the roters came in a pair until Michael (the manager, I believe) called me to ask me if I needed 4 roters but only 2 brake pads. Soon after I talked to him I went through a unexpected family emergency. Michael was very accommodating to my needs and made sure that he got the parts transferred to St Cloud so another family could pick them up for me. Highly recommend this store. I will be back from now on to buy all my vehicle needs.

So i needed a part for my car relly important part i called first thing in the morning talked to a wonferful guy named logan whobsaid he would order the part. Well that didnt happen. You may have all the time in the world to stare at a wall but the rest of us have lives to live ans when we need help like car parts to keep life going i expect you you to srand by your word and do your job. Not only did u drop the ball but you put somebodys job and livelyhood in jeporady. So while you standing there doing nothing .. think about your carless actions and how they effect people
