Excellent services provided by the employees, and good folks to talk to when you're in a bind.... Give them a raise I say.

I was visiting Pelican Rapids when my starter died. I called an hour or so before closing time and found out the NAPA here had one in stock! Travis was very helpful and informed me that if I can't return the old starter before they close, I would be able to get my core deposit refunded at the NAPA in St. Cloud, which was perfect since I was on my way to the Twin Cities. Excellent customer service and very thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Good experience in napa. If they reduce prices will be better.

Always have what I need or get it fast if they don't.
