OK Tire

Made an appointment on Monday for alignment and tires for Friday. Showed up and they didn't have my tires and totally screwed me. I had time off that's why I made the appointment for that week. Now I have to take time off to get tires. Thanks for costing me more time headache and money.

I booked an appointment here to have my wheels aligned, I got there & they said they didn’t have an appointment for me. It seems to be more of a daycare for the receptionist then an auto repair shop.

had power steering pump replaced twice last year. a year later winter time comes around and my pump is leaking again.

Brought my vehicle here multiple times to diagnose and fix the same issue. Each time, they just threw a part on and told me it was fixed. Each time, the vehicle still had the exact same issues. They did nothing to diagnose except hook it to a code reader and did not test to see if the vehicle was actually repaired. When I asked "Is the issue fixed" they said yep the code is no longer there" I wasted over $600 and didn't fix the issue. I brought it to vergas, and they had it diagnosed correctly, and I had it fixed the next day. It was a bad throttle body, which should have been the first thing tested with the issues i was having but was not.

Wont ever bring anything there. They put 5ply tires on my three quater ton pickup and told me they were 8 ply. Was a joke all the way around. Wouldn't balance my tires right, didn't change out valve stems, waited 2 hours for the to change tires out.
