At Pelican Pete’s we had our Ford F 150 truck fixed. We were greeted with a warm welcome as we came through the door. The care that they put into to their work is astounding. We are so very pleased with the work that was done. She’s a Beauty!!! Great Team Work! Your Pride Shows thru your work!!!

Our car died in the middle of the highway, we got wonderful service from here. They were very efficient, professional and knew what they were doing! Our towing person was Ivan, he is very nice! We had Pete's tow us from Pelican Rapids to Moorhead after having an issue with our mini van. They were timely and competitively priced, in fact lower than the other companies we called by 5 bucks. In a junky situation they made it seamless and stress free. We rode with the guy towing our car and he was great. Hope to never need their towing service again, but if I did i would not hesitate to call.We gain nothing by writing this review, but I hope it helps them with the success of their small business.

Needed roadside assistance - a jump. Very fast response! Had a new gadget that I've never seen before and I've had a bunch of roadside assistance before where I've seen the typical equipment being used. Very impressed! Great customer service too, even with it being freezing outside.

I hope you don't need a tow but if you do these guys are who to call. I was pulling a horse trailer full of horses and the tire literally fell off off my truck making the towing situation very difficult. These guys went above and beyond with patience, kindness and empathy. I can't say enough good about them.
