NAPA Auto Parts - Auto Parts of Watertown

My daughter was just leaving for a 2 hour drive. A big problem happened and so we stopped in to this Napa Auto shop 10 minutes before they closed on a Sunday evening. Both young gentlemen were very friendly. But the one who helped us was extremely helpful diagnosing the problem and finding us the parts we needed. He went way-above-and-beyond helping my daughter and I out of a very difficult situation. I just wanted to say, “Thank you so much” for having such a professional, knowledgeable, and kind employee working in your Watertown, SD store. As of tonight, you have our business when we need auto parts.

I went to NAPA to simply get a battery replaced in my key fob and I was welcomed right as I walked through door. Both staff were so polite and extremely helpful. They had calls and another person waiting in store but handled us all in a timely manner. I had the pleasure to work with Stuart who is the perfect example of being positive and professional. Honestly going there made my morning. Will go back!

Stopped to inquire about PTO shaft parts, kid at counter asked what kind of car it was. I informed him that it was for a tractor implement. Looks confused and says that they don't sell them, even though the website says they do. Not impressed with the service and attitude. Lucky for me I don't need it right now.

Great service. Needed an alternator and they had one for me on hand. Went out to the parking lot and my truck died. I was able to put the new alternator on in the parking lot. But it didn’t do much good with a dead battery. Thankfully one of the employees was able to give me a jump. Then off I went like it never happened. Very satisfied and will definitely keep going there!!!

Has most parts especially for older vehicles. Can oder in most they don't have.
