Five star service at NAPA Auto Parts on Ladson Road. Donnie and Amanda immediately understood the issue, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to help. They are true professionals who think several steps ahead like chess masters. With its convenient location between Dorchester and Ladson, next to a mechanic shop, and connected tech across all stores, this NAPA is hands down the most efficient and reliable parts store I have been to.

If I could give this a no star I would. Instead of helping the customer from the moment of entry, the front desk staff would rather say “My jobs not a mechanic so you’ll have to go there because that could be so many things”…. as we told him the exact part we think it might be relating to and what we need for the issue. Yeah obviously you don’t know anything about your job but your job first and foremost, is to help the customer with just a simple question. Unqualified and unprofessional can apparently get you any job now a days. I will never come here again because of the white old rude guy at the front desk and I pray that no one else has to deal with his rudeness. I know you don’t get paid hardly anything and to not know anything about your job, but it’s not hard to have spark plug wire

Very attentive and supporting staff. I had an issue with the remote stared and the young man gave me advise that was very helpful. Place could be a bit bigger and have more stock options.

I recently have been having issues with a squeaking belt again after already replacing both belts (being proactive) the idler and tensioner pullies. Some how the squeak came back after 6mos. Spoke with some folks over at Napa and they said if the belt I purchased from them didn't fix the issue all I had too do is come back (with receipt and belt) I would receive a full refund even if it happens again in 6mos. That's pretty cool since competitors didn't do that for me. Definitely shopping with them again in the future.
