I love the service and staff are very helpful and professional. The online reservations help to ensure they have what you need, when you need it. They have definetly won Me over going to any other auto part store. Also, their tool selection is mechanic grade items. A+ guys and gals! Also they had a output shaft seal that nobody else around carries which is not manufactured by my car company anymore.😏😌😊

They got Errol from Bap Geon to work for NAPA. If you dont know who Errol is, he is an import specialist. Highly professional, great customer service and brings a lot experience. Highly highly recommended. Also i never had problems using NAPA brand starters, CV axles, Fuel pumps, Gold oil filters and NAPA full synthetic oil. Great quality parts that i don't have to worry in the future.

Not all NAPAs are created equal, but this one has great customer service. Newer vehciles require very particular parts. In my case the employee that researched the struts for my Sierra spent about 30 figuring out which part number was correct for my truck. He spent more time then the dealership across the street did. Highly recommend.
