NAPA Auto Parts - Beaver Dam

Went there to buy some lightbulbs for my husband (or I) to install on our vehicle and the guy that helped me was rude and had attitude with me immedately. He acted like I didn't know what I was talking about at all but barely even listened to me or allowed me to speak at all, I had pictures of the location of the bulbs that were needed and if he would have listened to me he would have realized that I had the idea of what these bulbs did but his attitude was so bad he didn't even let me speak. He bossed me around the whole while, "open your car!", "turn on the car!", "leave the trunk open!" I needed an exhaust flex pipe as well and he recommended that I, "take my vehicle to the professional exhaust service shop down the road because this needs to be welded in", little did he know my husband

Extremely helpful when I was needing parts and could only describe what I needed. They even got a good laugh...

My order somehow glitched out and the parts I ordered did not get sent to the store. When I called and asked the next day because the status was not updating and I wasn’t receiving and email stating it’s ready they realized their was a problem and re ordered it saying it will arrive tomorrow morning. Before I called I got an email confirmation of the order but it would not show up on my account. Tried chatting with someone on the website and without even trying they said right away they can’t help me with my order. Placed a second order for some other parts and at this point I don’t trust the order status or email confirmation that its ready to pick up so called the store the next day to ask if it arrived and they said yes. I did not yet get an email for either order that it was ready to p

They had the right parts when I needed them, only 20 minutes from my usual store, which had the right brake pads.

Every time I've been here they've helped out quickly and always gone the extra mile. Good people. Though I don't know them personally so I mean like...
