Thought we needed a new battery on our Jeep due to it not starting suddenly. They squeezed us in and changed it same day. Turns out it was more complicated so they kept it another day and a half to figure it out. Really appreciate Jeremy and everyone at Riverside Tire and Auto being there for their customers. I hope the staff enjoyed a well deserved holiday break!
It's very scary having brakes go out suddenly! Jeremy got my car in right away, replaced the brake lines and gave me such a positive experience! I'll be going to Riverside Tire and Auto for all my car needs!! They're great! And please stay on the line when you're put on hold because they're busy for a reason - they do a good job!!
Jeremy went out of his way to make time for fixing a flat. He and his staff made recommendations on tires, gave me a few different quotes, and ordered them quickly.
The service is awesome! They watch out for me and only take care of what needs attention on my car. Very knowledgeable!
